These terms govern your use of promptvane.com and the Promptvane app ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Questions: hello@promptvane.com.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, publish deceptive content, generate spam or fake reviews intended to manipulate AI systems or search engines, overload or attack any system, or resell the Service without our agreement.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you add. You give us the permission needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for content you publish, including drafts produced with the Content Agent; review it before publishing.
AI outputs
AI answers and drafts can be inaccurate. Visibility metrics describe sampled answers at the time of collection and are not a guarantee of future results. We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend you.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party AI models, data providers and infrastructure. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders before it takes effect.
